Our Dough Story

A fresh, crisp dough is one of the most (if not the most) important factors when it comes to making our prize-winning pizza here at Platform.

Our dough is dairy & egg free, and made fresh every single day in-house. Our dough is rolled into small balls and then left to rise.

It is then hand rolled and stretched to order and topped with freshly prepped ingredients before letting our wood-stone pizza oven work it's magic!
